Rotary Club of Yenagoa Sunshine is a community-focused service organization made up of dedicated professionals, community leaders, and volunteers committed to making a lasting difference in the lives of people across Yenagoa and Bayelsa State.
As part of Rotary International, District 9141, we believe in the power of people working together to address community challenges and create opportunities for a healthier, more educated, peaceful, and sustainable society.
Our guiding principle is “Service Above Self.” Through this commitment, we identify genuine community needs and transform them into meaningful projects that improve lives.
Our areas of service include education, healthcare, maternal and child health, polio eradication, water and sanitation, environmental protection, peace-building, and support for vulnerable members of society.
Beyond projects, we are a family of people united by friendship, fellowship, compassion, and a shared responsibility to serve humanity. We believe that every act of service, no matter how small, can contribute to a better community.
